An Indonesian citizen born in Jakarta, Susy Meilina has been the Company’s President Director since June 2015 based on the Deed of AGMS decision No.28 dated 25 June, 2015. Susy graduated from Economic Faculty of Trisakti University in 1992, continued her study at Auckland University (1993), earned her Master of Applied Finance from Securities Institute of Australia (2004), and Magister Management from IPMI School of Business (2004). She also held 4 capital market certifications, such as Broker-Dealer Representative (WPPE) since 2000, Underwriter Representative (WPEE) since 2001, Investment Manager Representative (WMI) since 2002, and Mutual Funds Selling Agent Representative (WAPERD) since 2006.

Her career in operations and finance began with HSBC (1993- 1996), PT Lippo Securities Tbk (1996-2000), and PT UOB Kay Hian Securities (2000-2010) as Director of Operations. Before being President Director of MNC Sekuritas, she held a position as Director of Finance and Operation, and Corporate Secretary (2010-2015). Besides that, she became Discipline Committee member at Indonesia Stock Exchange (2007 – 2009), Chairperson of the Regulatory Committee at Indonesia Central Securities Depository (2011-2014), and Coordinator of Chairperson Board at Indonesia Securities Companies Association (2014-2017).
