DJIA fell -0.76% on Thursday (19/01), followed by the S&P500 (-0.76%) and the Nasdaq (-0.96%). Wall Street continues to weaken as investors worry about a potential recession. Prel's Dec-2022 Building Permits data fell -1.6% MoM to 1.33 million, or below the consensus estimate of 1.37 million and Nov-2022 of 1.35 million. Today, the market will be looking toward several data releases such as: 1) US Existing Home Sales MoM Dec; 2) UK Retail Sales YoY Dec; 3) Germany PPI YoY Dec.

Domestic Update
• Bank Indonesia (BI) increased the 7-day reverse repo rate +25 bps to 5.75% in the RDG 18-19 January 2023. MNCS Comment: This increase is in line with our estimates and consensus. Amidst the downward trend of inflation, inflows of foreign capital, and the peak of the global benchmark interest rate policy, we view that BI has room for another +25 bps increase in interest rates to 6.00% in 1H23.

MNCS Comment: Capex allocation increased +36.4% YoY from the FY22 target of IDR220 billion, where the capex will be allocated for factory construction and distribution channel improvement. Currently, CLEO is traded at the level of 27.78x/4.90x PER/PBV.
2. INTP IJ recorded domestic cement sales volume of 15 million tons in 11M22 (Kontan). MNCS Comment: This achievement fell -3.2% YoY (vs 15.5 million tons in 11M21) due to a decrease in domestic cement consumption -3% YoY.
