Agustinus Wishnu Handoyono has joined PT MNC Investama Tbk since 1990 and has become Commissioner of MNC Sekuritas since October 2009. He was appointed based on the Deed of Statement of Shareholders’ Resolution no. 4 dated November 18th, 2009 made in front of notary Isyana Wisnuwardhani Sadjarwo, S.H., M.H. in Central Jakarta in conjunction with the Deed of Circular Resolution of Shareholders No. 24 dated 22 March 2013 made in the presence of notary Ivan Gelium Lantu, SH, MKn, in Depok.

He holds a bachelor degree from Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta (1998) and master degree in Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta (2002). He started his career in financial industry as Financial Advisor of PT Artha Prima Margin, Floor Trader of PT MNC Investama Tbk in Surabaya Stock Exchange (SSE) in 1990 until he finally held position as Director of PT MNC Investama Tbk (formerly PT Bhakti Investama Tbk) in 1999 – 2003.

He also served as a Commissioner of PT MNC Asset Management (formerly PT Bhakti Asset Management) in 2000-2004, Commissioner of PT Agis Tbk (2001-2002), Director of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (formerly PT Bhakti Capital Indonesia Tbk) in 2003 -2004, Director of PT MNC Sekuritas (formerly PT Bhakti Securities) in 2004-2010, Senior Vice President of PT Global Mediacom Tbk (2013 - 2014), Deputy President Director of PT MNC Infrastruktur Utama (May - August 2014). Currently he has served as President Director of PT MNC Infrastruktur Utama since August 2014 and as Vice President Director of PT Indonesia Transport & Infrastructure Tbk since May 2014.
