Abdul Latief Yukkas was appointed as Director of the Company since November 2023 based on the Deed No. 75 dated November 30, 2023.

He held Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering from Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB). He also held a capital market certification of Broker-Dealer Representative (WPPE).

He led as Head of IT at several companies operating in the capital market industry such as: PT AAA Sekuritas (1999-2015), PT Sucorinvest Central Gani (2015-2016), PT BNI Sekuritas (2016-2023). Before being appointed as Director of MNC Sekuritas, he served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of MNC Sekuritas since May 2023.
