Drs. Janner Humala Ramarjaga Pasaribu serves as the Independent Commissioner of the Company based on Notarial Deed Number 2 dated September 4, 2023 concerning Statement of Circular Resolutions of Shareholders as a Substitute for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT MNC Sekuritas.

He completed his study at Indonesian Armed Forces Training Academy (AKABRI) in 1987, Police Science College (PTIK) in 1997, National Police Staff College in 2002,the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (LEMHANAS RI) in 2016.

Before serving as the Independent Commissioner of the Company, he pursued his careerin the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) from 1987 to 2014 including serving as the Head of Services and Complaints of Professional and Security Division POLRI (2011-2014), Head of Professional and Security Division Polda Metro Jaya (2014-2016), Intermediate Policy Analyst at Professional and Security Division POLRI (2016-2017), and Principal Policy Analyst in General Crimes Bareskrim Polri (2019-2022).

When serving at POLRI, he was assigned to the UN Peacekeeping Force in Cambodia in 1993 for UNTAC (United Nations Transition Authority in Cambodia) and UNMIBH (United Nations Mission in Bosnia Herzegovina) mission in 1998. Furthermore, he also served as Head of Legal Enforcement Unit of the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (March-May 2017). In his career in the financial services sector, he was assigned by POLRI to serve as Director of Investigation of the Financial Services Sector of OJK (2017-2019).
