An Indonesian citizen, born in Surabaya in 1965, Hary Tanoesoedibjo is the founder of MNC Group. He is the current Chairman of PT MNC Investama Tbk (previously PT Bhakti Investama Tbk). Since February 2004, he has been President Commissioner of PT MNC Sekuritas based on Limited Company Deed PT Bhakti Securities No. 99 dated 17 February 2004 made before Aulia Taufani, SH, Notary, as a substitute for Sutjipto, SH, Notary, with the office in Jakarta, juncto Deed of Shareholders outside GMS No. 24 dated 22 March 2013 made before Ivan Gelium Lantu, SH, MKn., Notary, with the office in Depok.

Hary Tanoesoedibjo obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Carleton University, Canada in 1988, and Master of Business Administration from Ottawa University, Canada in 1989. Besides his position at PT MNC Sekuritas, Hary also holds various positions in other MNC Group’s subsidiaries. He has been President Director at: PT Global Mediacom Tbk since 2002, PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk since 2004, PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI) since 2010, PT MNC Land Tbk since 2011, and PT GLD Property since 2012. Furthermore, Hary also serves as President Commissioner at: PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk (Indovision) since 2006, PT MNC Sekuritas since 2004, PT Global Informasi Bermutu (Global TV) since 2009, PT Media Nusantara Informasi since 2009 and PT Cipta Televisi Pendidikan Indonesia.
